One never interacts personally with Twisted Road the brand since all transactions are done over the internet and individuals renting their bikes are not technically employed by Twisted Road. To create a more personal touch to their motorcycle rental experience, this Safety + Travel Pack can be given to any renter when picking up their motorcycle and allows them a tactile relationship with Twisted Road.
The pack includes a leather branded key chain with a Bluetooth location tracker that enhances the app experience, a leather branded billfold that includes info about downloading the Safety + Travel app, a city specific information card that reminds renters unique laws in the rental state, and a pre-ride inspection guide cards.
